As a self-taught baker, I’ve spent years honing my skills. Driven by a mad-scientist-level passion for pastry, I baked constantly. Now, I’m in too deep. Believe me when I say, I had no choice but to launch The Keen Pastry Club.

My goal for the KPC is to elevate. Each element of every recipe has been tested, tasted, and selected with care, by me for you. Everything is baked everything with intention, the morning they’re sold.

At its core, the Keen Pastry Club is an opportunity for me to share my passion for baking with the folks in my community. I’m so, so grateful that you’re making my treats a part of your weekend—I promise I don't take that responsibility lightly.
